Job summary

Romex in Minnesota is seeking a field service associate to visit 13-15 homes daily, delivering outdoor services in all weather. You will interact directly with customers, explain services, and document work using a mobile device after each stop.

You will maintain your work vehicle, manage a schedule Monday–Friday with one Saturday per month, and enjoy benefits including health/dental/vision, PTO, a 401(k) match, and an employee stock purchase program.

Qualifications

• 6 months customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and time management.
• Customer-focused and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license.
• You must be 18 or over.
• Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations.
• You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., crawl spaces/attics, and use/move a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Service 13-15 homes per day outdoors in all weather.

• Complete data entry after each stop and manage daily notes.

Responsibilities

The Successful Candidate Will:

You will service 13-15 homes a day, working outdoors in all types of weather, heat, cold, and everything in between. Each day you'll interact directly with customers, clearly communicating the services you've provided and answering any questions along the way. You'll be responsible for maintaining and taking care of your work vehicle and will use a mobile device to document services and complete data entry after each stop. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, with one Saturday a month.
