Job summary

Romex Pest Control is seeking a field service professional to service 13-15 homes daily, outdoors in all weather. You’ll meet customers, explain services performed, and complete data entry after each stop using a mobile device.

This full-time role covers a Monday–Friday schedule with one Saturday per month. We offer base pay 40k–45k, with commissions averaging around 50k, plus health/dental/vision, PTO, a 401(k) match, and stock purchase options.

• Customer-focused and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license
• You must be 18 or over

Responsibilities

The Successful Candidate Will:

You will service 13-15 homes a day, working outdoors in all types of weather, heat, cold, and everything in between. Each day you'll interact directly with customers, clearly communicating the services you've provided and answering any questions along the way. You'll be responsible for maintaining and taking care of your work vehicle and will use a mobile device to document services and complete data entry after each stop. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, with one Saturday a month.
