Job summary

Romex Pest Control is seeking a Territory Service Technician to deliver excellent pest control service and build trust with customers on your route. You’ll work outdoors daily, manage time effectively, and handle service documentation on mobile devices.

Qualifications

• At least six months of customer-facing experience.

• Valid driver's license and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Regular interaction with customers and communicate the service rendered.
• Work outdoors in heat and cold and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain and take care of the work truck and equipment.
• Enter data and document services on mobile devices.
• Work Monday through Friday with one Saturday a month.
• Service 13 to 15 homes per day.

Responsibilities

We're seeking a Territory Service Technician that can provide excellent service, as well as form positive relationships with customers in the area.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Regular interaction with customers and communicate the service rendered
• Be able to work outdoors (in heat and cold)
• Be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Maintain and take care of work truck
• Data Entry & Documentation into mobile devises for services
• Work Monday through Friday with one Saturday a month
• Service 13 to 15 homes per day

Qualifications

• At least six (6) months of customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Customer-focused and self-motivated
• Attention to Detail
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills

• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 or over

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations

• You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• You must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics
• You must be comfortable using and moving a ladder
• This position will require you to work outside, in all types of weather
