Job summary

Superior Plus Propane seeks a skilled propane Service Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair storage tanks, metering systems, and related infrastructure across the region. You will work hands-on to ensure safe, reliable operations for customers and participate in on-call rotations as needed.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of propane service experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid CDL Class A or B.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years propane gas/oil service preferred.
• CDL Class A or B required.
• Legal authorization to work in the US; no sponsorship for this job opening.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly; willingness to travel statewide.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair propane storage tanks, metering systems, dispensers, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot propane system issues and identify/repair leaks safely.
• Respond to customer service calls and emergency repair requests as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for evenings and weekends.

• Statewide travel overnight approximately once per month.

We're seeking a skilled and safety-minded propane construction Service Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair propane storage tanks, dispensing equipment, metering systems, and related infrastructure while helping ensure safe, reliable operations for customers throughout the region.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, maintain, and repair propane storage tanks, metering systems, dispensers, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot propane system issues and safely identify and repair leaks.
• Respond to customer service calls and emergency repair requests as needed.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for evenings and weekends.
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members.
• Statewide travel overnight approximately once per month.
• Safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

What you bring:

• 2-3 years propane gas/oil service preferred
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
• CDL Class A or B
• Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening.

The hourly rate ranges from $29.00 – $32.00, with flexibility for highly qualified candidates based on industry experience, CDL/Hazmat endorsements, and technical expertise.
