Victor Barke's Complete Basement Systems is seeking a Service Technician to travel to pre-scheduled customer appointments within our Minnesota service area. You will perform maintenance on waterproofing and foundation systems, inspect customer concerns, diagnose issues, and educate homeowners on proper care.

You will earn hourly pay plus commission, with PTO and ESST available. This role requires dependable, honest, and customer-focused individuals.

Qualifications

• Construction, home improvement, service, or sales experience is preferred, but training is provided.
• Dependable, motivated, and comfortable working independently.
• Friendly and confident communicating with homeowners.
• Mechanical inclined with strong problem-solving skills.
• Honest and trustworthy.
• Comfortable making recommendations and discussing solutions with customers.
• Organized and able to manage a daily appointment schedule.
• Able to perform the physical requirements of the position.
• In possession of a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

What You'll Do

As a Service Technician, you'll travel to pre-scheduled customer appointments throughout our service area to:

• Perform annual maintenance on existing waterproofing, crawlspace, and foundation repair systems

• Inspect and troubleshoot customer concerns and warranty issues

• Diagnose problems and recommend appropriate solutions

• Educate customers on their existing systems and proper maintenance

• Identify and recommend additional products or services when they would benefit the homeowner

• Provide excellent customer service and represent Complete Basement Systems professionally in customers' homes

• Maintain accurate documentation of service appointments and completed work

What We're Looking For

Construction, home improvement, service, or sales experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person. More importantly, we're looking for someone who is:

• Dependable, motivated, and comfortable working independently

• Friendly and confident communicating with homeowners

• Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills

• Honest and trustworthy

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers hourly pay plus commission on sales, allowing motivated technicians to increase their earnings.

Complete Basement Systems also offers PTO and ESST.
