Job summary

Audi Van Nuys in Los Angeles, CA is seeking Experienced Service Technicians to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns. Enjoy a flat rate pay structure with production-based bonuses, plus manufacturer-paid Audi training and certification opportunities.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 7am-4pm with one Saturday shift every 3 weeks. Benefits include medical, dental and vision plans, 401(k), and vehicle purchase discounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical concerns.
• Experience using diagnostic equipment and repair information systems.
• Preference for European, luxury, Audi, or Volkswagen repair experience.
• Preference for ASE or manufacturer certifications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Perform maintenance and repairs based on experience and technician level.
• Use diagnostic equipment and repair information systems to identify vehicle concerns.
• Document diagnostic findings, recommended repairs, and completed work.
• Complete Audi training and certification programs as assigned.

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity.
