Join our team at Glen Ellen Apartments, a 92-unit apartment community in Long Branch, NJ! We're looking for a motivated Service Technician who takes pride in quality work, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to providing excellent service to our residents.

• $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
• $15 per day on-call compensation
• $300 Quarterly Essentials Bonus

What You'll Do

• Complete service requests and maintenance repairs
• Perform apartment turns and prepare homes for move-in
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general maintenance issues
