Job summary

Morgan Properties seeks a Senior Service Technician at Glen Mar Apartments in Glen Burnie, MD. This full-time on-site role requires a practical, "Whatever It Takes" approach to keep the property meeting company standards and legal requirements.

You will troubleshoot HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing, maintain both interior and exterior areas, respond to service tickets promptly, and communicate clearly with residents and staff about repairs and updates.

Qualifications

• Active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
• One year of related maintenance experience or an equivalent education/experience combination.
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot service issues including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.

We are seeking a Senior Service Technician with a "Whatever It Takes" approach to join our team! In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the physical aspects of this apartment community meet both company standards and applicable laws.

As the Senior Service Technician , you will help to:

• Be responsible for trouble-shooting service issues including, but not limited to, HVAC, general appliance, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
• Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance service tickets
• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates

Compensation & Incentive

• Base Pay: $24.00-$28.00
• Up to 50% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
• On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

Schedule

• Monday - Friday
• Paid rotating on-call participation required
• Must be available and prepared for emergency events
