Job summary

Imperial Brady, a leading North American distributor and solutions provider for cleaning and facility care, is hiring a Service Repair Technician in the Boston/Arlington, MA area. You will service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment and establish strong relationships with assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.

Hours are Monday–Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm with some overtime, and you will keep up-to-date service records and coordinate with other departments as

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Prior service, repair, and maintenance experience.
• Electrical and mechanical experience.
• Experience with commercial housekeeping equipment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair commercial housekeeping equipment, such as carpet extractors, floor scrubbers, and vacuums.
• Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with assigned accounts and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain up-to-date records of services performed.
• Purchase parts and supplies and track inventory.
• Properly demonstrate equipment to customers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Continually enhance industry and equipment knowledge.
• Follow safety and housekeeping procedures.

The Service Repair Technician maintains and services housekeeping equipment purchased or leased by our customers.

Your hours will be from Monday - Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm, with some overtime.

You Will
