Job summary

LeafGuard is seeking a service technician to perform warranty and chargeable service work, reporting to the production manager Monday–Friday at 7am to align schedules. You will call customers at the start of each day to provide ETA and travel to sites to complete work with professionalism.

Responsibilities include collecting payments, uploading photos, inspecting bins, and maintaining site equipment. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with exterior home improvements required.
• Must be comfortable using ladders up to 44 ft.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience delivering face-to-face customer service.
• Ability to drive long distances safely and responsibly.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds frequently.

Qualifications

Minimum Skills and competencies:

• Experience with exterior home improvements.
• Confident on ladder up to 44’.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with face to face customer service.
• Ability to drive long distances safely.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Lift/Move/Carry up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 25 pounds frequently, and negligible amount consistently within perimeters of position responsibility.

Desired Skills

• Gutter installation/service experience.
• Commercial driving experience.
