Job summary

Englert Inc. in Grass Valley, CA, is seeking a customer-focused technician to provide warranty and chargeable service on-site. You will report to the production manager, execute scheduled work, and call customers with ETAs each day.

You will communicate with the project manager to resolve warranty issues, collect payments for on-site work, and document with before/after photos. The role requires driving, ladder work up to 44 feet, and the ability to lift heavy loads, ensuring safe, high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience with exterior home improvements.
• Confident on ladder up to 44’.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with face to face customer service.
• Ability to drive long distances safely.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Lift/Move/Carry up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 25 pounds frequently, and negligible amount consistently within perimeters of position responsibility.

• Inspect/maintain recycle, steel and garbage bins at shop.
