Job summary

Englert Inc. is seeking a customer-focused technician to perform warranty and chargeable service work on schedule, reporting to the production manager Monday through Friday at 7am to receive the day's tasks.

You will contact customers at the start of each day, document work with before/after photos, and communicate with the project manager to resolve issues on site. Must be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds and driving long distances as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with exterior home improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Face to face customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable using a ladder up to 44 feet.

Responsibilities

Job description

Minimum Skills and competencies

• Experience with exterior home improvements.
• Confident on ladder up to 44’.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with face to face customer service.
• Ability to drive long distances safely.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Lift/Move/Carry up to 50 pounds occasionally, up to 25 pounds frequently, and negligible amount consistently within perimeters of position responsibility.

Desired Skills

• Gutter installation/service experience.
• Commercial driving experience.
