Cleo Bay Subaru in Killeen, TX, is seeking a skilled automotive technician to perform repairs and maintenance per repair orders and diagnostics. The role requires handling engine, transmission, electrical, and safety systems with attention to quality and customer care.

Responsibilities include test-driving vehicles, providing accurate time estimates, and communicating with the Service Advisor about necessary additional work. ASE certification reimbursement and training are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have A or B level technician status.
• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background required.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.
• Clean and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and service work per repair orders.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools.
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, brakes, A/C systems.
• Communicate with Service Advisor about additional needed work and timelines.
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specs.
• Perform digital multi-point inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Properly perform digital multi-point inspection
