Job summary

Cleo Bay Honda is seeking an ASE-ready automotive technician in Killeen, TX to perform repairs per repair orders, test drive vehicles and diagnose engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, and air conditioning. The goal is to deliver quality, efficient service in a busy dealership environment.

Applicants should have a strong automotive background, clean driver's license, and be willing to pass drug and background checks.

Qualifications

• A or B level technician status.
• ASE certifications are ideal.
• Strong automotive background.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
• Must have clean & valid driver9s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership guidelines.
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor to inform customers if additional service is needed and provide time estimates for repairs.
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Properly perform digital multi-point inspection
