Job summary

Stream-Flo Industries is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair wellhead assemblies at customer sites across the region. You will work closely with clients to ensure timely, high-quality service and compliance with safety requirements.

You will deliver accurate field tickets and reports, manage tools and spare parts, and support on-site planning and sales activities while building durable customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Wellhead Services or equivalent field service experience.
• Service-oriented with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain wellhead assemblies on customer sites, delivering strong customer service.
• Prepare accurate field service tickets, reports, and documentation.
• Maintain service unit tools and spare components inventory.
• Conduct job safety analysis and act as a safety leader on site.
• Assist in developing job action plans with customers on location.
• Promote and perform field service sales while maintaining customer relationships.
• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies.

Key position functions include:

• Execute field service requirements such as installation and maintenance of wellhead while providing exceptional customer service and positively representing the Company.
• Prepare accurate field service tickets, job reports, and other documentation as required.
• Maintain assigned service unit, including tools and spare components inventory.
• Conduct job safety analysis and work as a safety leader while performing duties.
• May assist in developing job action planning with the customer on location.
• Promote and perform any field service sales and maintain a confident customer relationship.
• Provide customer property repair as required.
• Deliver, assemble, test, and paint wellhead assemblies

Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:

• Minimum 2 years of Wellhead Services, ATP, equipment repair and maintenance experience.
• Service-oriented with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
