As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining propane equipment for our customers. Exceptional customer service is essential. Service Technicians can expect to work local routes and be home every night; however, on-call rotations for after-hours and weekend emergency deliveries may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain propane equipment for retail customers.
• Provide emergency response and system installation and testing.
• Load, secure, transport, deliver, and unload propane to and from specified destinations.
• Interact daily with customers by providing exceptional customer service, safety information, and answering inquiries.
• Assist with propane appliance repairs and deliveries based on customer demands when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three or more years of related experience.
• Good driving record.
• Commercial driver’s license Class B CDL with hazmat and tanker endorsements.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work in the United States.
