Qualifications

• Completion of HVAC trade school is required.
• EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) is required.

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, clean-and-check, diagnostics, and repairs
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and larger HVAC units
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues efficiently and correctly
• Educate customers and recommend value-added repairs or upgrades
• Maintain a low callback rate through quality workmanship
• Operate independently using a company-provided service vehicle
• Stay current with new HVAC equipment and technologies

Compensation & Benefits

Earning Potential: $125,000 to $200,000+ annually, based on performance.

Role Overview

As a high-earning HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, clean-and-check, diagnostics, and repairs
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and larger HVAC units
