Four Seasons Heating And Air Conditioning Llc is seeking motivated entry-level HVAC technicians to perform routine maintenance, inspections, and service on residential heating and air conditioning systems. You will follow maintenance checklists, document equipment conditions, and provide professional customer service while expanding your HVAC knowledge.

Responsibilities include completing clean-and-check services, inspecting and replacing filters, and reporting concerns.

Formación

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn proper use of hand tools and maintenance equipment.
• EPA Section 608 certification is required for the equipment serviced; Core, Type 1, and Type 2, and leave universal certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

• Complete routine clean-and-check services on furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps within the technician’s training and authorization.
• Inspect and replace air filters; remove dirt and debris from accessible equipment areas.
• Clean accessible coils, blower compartments, drain pans, and condensate lines according to training and manufacturer instructions.
• Check thermostat operation and record temperatures and other approved operating readings.
• Identify visible damage, water leaks, unusual sounds, or other concerns and report them to an experienced technician or supervisor.
• Explain completed maintenance and basic equipment care to customers.

Location: HobartPay: $20/hr plus commission opportunitiesPosition Summary: Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is the largest residential HVAC contractor in North America and continues to grow our Service Department. We are seeking motivated, skilled entry level technicians to perform routine cleaning, inspections, and preventive maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems. Follow company maintenance checklists, document equipment conditions, and report concerns requiring further evaluation. Provide professional customer service while developing HVAC knowledge and technical skills.Essential Functions:Complete routine clean-and-check services on furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps within the technician’s training and authorization.Inspect and replace air filters; remove dirt and debris from accessible equipment areas.Clean accessible coils, blower compartments, drain pans, and condensate lines according to training and manufacturer instructions.Check thermostat operation and record temperatures and other approved operating readings.Identify visible damage, water leaks, unusual sounds, or other concerns and report them to an experienced technician or supervisor.Refer advanced diagnostics, electrical or gas repairs, and refrigerant-related work to appropriately qualified and authorized technicians.Explain completed maintenance and basic equipment care to customers.Complete maintenance checklists and service records; communicate job status to dispatch.Maintain tools, supplies, and the service vehicle; protect customer property and clean the work area.Follow required safety procedures, equipment shutdown procedures, and personal protective equipment requirements.Basic troubleshootingMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent is requiredNo previous HVAC experience required; willingness to complete company training.Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn proper use of hand tools and maintenance equipment.Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.Ability to follow written instructions and complete electronic service records.EPA Section 608 certification is required for the equipment serviced; Core, Type 1, and Type 2, and leave universal certification preferred.Required Competencies:Willingness to learn and accept coaching.Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.Professional communication and customer service.Dependability, time management, and teamwork.Safety awareness and recognition of when to request assistance.Working Conditions / Environment: Work at customer homes, including basements, attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor equipment locations.
