Four Seasons Master in Hobart, IN, is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial systems. You will work with a wide range of equipment and operate a company vehicle to service clients.

The role emphasizes high earning potential, with uncapped earnings between $125,000 and $200,000+ annually based on performance, along with a full benefits package and ongoing training opportunities.

Formación

• Completion of HVAC trade school is required.
• EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) is required.
• Residential and/or commercial HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer communication and professionalism.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance, clean-and-check, diagnostics, and repairs
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, and larger HVAC units
• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues efficiently and correctly
• Educate customers and recommend value-added repairs or upgrades
• Maintain a low callback rate through quality workmanship
• Operate independently using a company-provided service vehicle
• Stay current with new HVAC equipment and technologies
