Job summary

Triple Seven Gaming is seeking a dependable Service Technician to support video gaming and redemption equipment across Northwest Illinois, including the Freeport area. This hands-on field role offers training and growth potential for someone who enjoys solving problems and helping customers.

You’ll travel to partner sites, troubleshoot and repair equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and document repairs while building strong relationships with location staff.

• Document repairs, parts used, and any follow-up needed.
• Build good working relationships with location staff and represent Triple Seven Gaming professionally.

Triple Seven Gaming

Triple Seven Gaming is looking for a dependable Service Technician to help keep video gaming and redemption equipment running at our partner locations across Northwest Illinois. This is a hands-on field role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and taking ownership of service calls.

We’re open to both part-time and full-time candidates, depending on our needs at the time of hire. No prior experience is required. We’re willing to train the right person.

What you’ll do

• Travel to partner locations to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain video gaming terminals (VGTs) and redemption terminals (RTs).
• Respond to service requests and follow through until equipment is back in service.

What we’re looking for
