Lucky Lincoln Gaming LLC in Springfield, IL seeks a Gaming Service Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair our gaming units. You will troubleshoot and fix video gambling terminals in your assigned territory and support on-site operations.

The role requires 21+, ability to pass Illinois Gaming Board background check and obtain a Terminal Handler license, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work Fri-Mon 4pm-2am CST. The compensation starts at $20/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Pass a detailed background check with the Illinois Gaming Board and obtain a Terminal Handler’s license.
• Ability to work Friday through Monday from 4pm-2am CST (avg. 40-42 hours/week).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair Lucky Lincoln products (video game terminals and redemption terminals).
• Preventative maintenance and configuration of computer/security networks.
• Transporting company assets and equipment to licensed establishments and LLG’s warehouse.
• Collect, fill and perform basic maintenance on redemption terminals.
• Various warehouse duties including shipping/receiving, inventory control.
• Adhere to all company policies and documented procedures.
• Interact with establishments and patrons in a courteous and professional manner.
• On-Call Service.
• Provide technical support on-site or via phone or other communication methods.

Lucky Lincoln Gaming is hiring a Gaming Service Technician to join the Operations Team to inspect, maintain, and repair our inventory of gaming units in Springfield, IL. The Gaming Service Technician will troubleshoot, fix, and repair video gambling terminals in their assigned territory. The successful candidate must be 21 years or older, be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to pass a detailed background check with the Illinois Gaming Board and the Illinois Department of Professional Regulations.

The Gaming Service Technician position is well-suited for you if you possess:
