Job Title: Service Technician

Summary: Seeking a Service Technician to perform warranty work on sold homes, including installing and repairing components of manufactured homes. A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must submit to a motor vehicle background check. Work orders and supplies will be provided from the Laurinburg, NC facility, but work will be performed within the Winston-Salem region.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
