Job summary

PSG Global Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Service Technician in Dallas, TX to program, service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial electronic security systems. You will independently diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and document completed work.

Responsibilities include programming, testing, and repairing access control, IP video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems; installing and maintaining equipment; diagnosing hardware, software, and network problems; and

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial electronic security system service and programming experience.
• Hands-on experience with access control, IP video surveillance, and intrusion detection.
• Strong troubleshooting and networking knowledge.
• Familiarity with NEC and NFPA Life Safety Code requirements.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.

About the Opportunity:
