Due to tremendous growth, we are seeking a Service Technician. Successful candidates will have proven experience in field service with fluid process equipment or mechanical contracting and possess a drive to learn and excel in our team.

Responsibilities

1. Perform precision overhauls of pumps, valves, agitators, and other rotating equipment at our shop and customer sites.
2. Install fluid process equipment at industrial and municipal locations.
3. Service wastewater equipment and install mechanical seals, couplings, V-belts, bearing seals, relief valves, and accessories both in-house and on-site.
4. Troubleshoot equipment issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
5. Assist with new equipment start-ups and respond to customer inquiries.
6. Maintain and perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with maintenance and service of fluid systems or mechanical contracting.
• Willingness to learn and travel within MN and neighboring states, with occasional overnight stays.
• Positive attitude, high ethical standards, and ability to handle a fast-paced workload.
• Well-organized, self-directed, team-oriented, and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift objects up to 60 pounds and communicate effectively.
