Job Title: Service Technician

Department: Maintenance

Location: Bradenton, FL

Summary: Repairs, maintains, and assists in the installation and repair of Breakroom Service Equipment.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

1. Provide excellent service to all customers.
2. Respond to all service calls for repairs using a company-owned vehicle.
3. Maintain and manage all Breakroom Service Equipment, including diagnostics, repairs, replacing parts, and testing components using electrical and mechanical testing equipment.
4. Prepare Breakroom Service Equipment for installation at accounts and assist in installations and removals.
5. Keep vehicle operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance, and scheduling repairs with the Service Manager.
6. Maintain safety standards at all company locations, client locations, in company vehicles, and in compliance with state and local rules and regulations.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record.
2. Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
3. Must be able to pass a drug test.
4. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
5. Proficient in the use of iOS apps and Apple devices.
6. Ability to stay organized.
7. Effective and professional communication with customers and co-workers.
8. Refrigeration experience is a plus.

Background checks and drug screening are required.
