We are currently hiring Security Service Technicians

to add to our elite team of security professionals. Our Service Technicians provide service and support for our security installations and are responsible for maintaining our superior quality.

ESS will provide training and support to new Service Technicians, with tremendous opportunities for growth within our organization for smart, reliable, hard-working individuals.

Primary Responsibilities

Provide best-in-class security integration services by:

1. Arriving to service locations on time and with all necessary equipment
2. Self-sufficiently servicing security devices (cameras, access control)

• Assist in the installation and configuration of physical security systems, including cameras (CCTV), access control systems, alarm systems, and related technologies
• Pull and route low-voltage cables (network, power, video), ensuring neat organization, proper labeling, and safety standards
• Work with the installation team for smooth system integration within data centers
• Support physical installation of security devices: mounting, connecting power/data, initial power-ups
• Install and secure conduits and cable trays per blueprints and specifications
• Assist in troubleshooting security system issues related to installation, cabling, or connectivity
• Coordinate with electricians, network specialists, and other trades during installation
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain accurate installation records
• Ensure quality control to meet company and industry standards

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years' experience installing and/or servicing access control and/or video systems
• Punctuality and reliable attendance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Eagerness to learn and self-motivation
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Lenel certification
