Job summary

Wan Bridge Group is seeking a Service Tech II to perform maintenance and repair tasks across rental properties, ensuring top quality and resident satisfaction. You will respond to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventative maintenance to uphold our service reputation.

Responsibilities include coordinating with service coordinators, completing inspections, and ensuring homes are market-ready within budget and time constraints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid drivers license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification.
• Experience with drywall, texturing, painting and basic mechanicals.
• Knowledge of codes, inspections, estimating and planning.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on rental properties.
• Respond to service requests and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and related systems.
• Document work orders, materials used and hours worked.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards for each site.
