Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Residential construction and remodeling experience across multiple trades is required.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
• EPA Type II or Universal certification is required.
• Knowledge of codes, inspections, estimating, and planning is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quarterly and seasonal preventative maintenance.
• Respond to service requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Complete move out inspections and orientations to make homes market-ready.
• Provide emergency maintenance response as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, materials used, and hours.
• Interact professionally with residents and onsite team.
