Job summary

Allegion US is seeking a Service Technician for Stanley Access Technologies in Santa Rosa, CA. You will perform scheduled preventive maintenance on access systems, inspect and calibrate equipment, and ensure reliable operation under contract terms.

You will build strong customer relations, support contract retention, and stay current with industry changes and new products to deliver safe, efficient solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid state driver's license without restrictions.
• Associates degree in electrical, mechanical or industrial field is a plus.
• Prior experience in construction or electrical fields is desirable.
• Experience servicing automated doors and reading blueprints is beneficial; AAADM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and/or routine preventive maintenance on equipment/systems under contract.
• Inspect, adjust, clean and calibrate systems to ensure proper operation.
• Promote and maintain good customer relations and assist with contract retention.
• Stay informed about industry changes and new product developments.

What You Will Do:

• Perform scheduled and/or routine preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment/systems under contract agreement by inspecting, adjusting, cleaning, and calibrating systems and equipment to ensure it's in satisfactory working order
• Promote, build, and maintain good customer relations and assist with contract retention
• Maintain knowledge of industry changes and new developments in products and technology

What You Need to Succeed:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid state driver's license without restrictions

In addition, you ideally bring to the table but if not, we will happily provide the training and support you need to be successful!

• Associates Degree in related electrical, mechanical, industrial field
• Prior experience in the construction industry or electrical field
• Prior experience servicing automated doors, glazing, installing glass, installing door frames, building door frames, reading blueprints, AAADM Certification

Compensation:

• Pay range from $30-35/hr
• The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
