Job summary

RichSmith in North Little Rock, AR is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Service Technician to support our growing community. Candidates should have HVAC or EPA-certified repairs experience and a proven ability to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced multifamily setting.

Qualifications

• HVAC or EPA certification strongly preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience (multifamily preferred).
• Pool operations and maintenance experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC troubleshooting and repair; electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs for apartments, buildings, grounds, and community amenities.
• Complete service requests within one business day whenever possible.
• Carry out turnkey tasks for vacant units (repairs, paint, key/lock changes, etc.).
• Respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating on-call schedule.
• Conduct and complete preventative maintenance reports per company schedules.
• Maintain an organized and fully stocked maintenance shop.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces, including curbs, rails, utility areas, etc.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents while ensuring a safe and clean environment.
