Job summary

RichSmith Management's apartment community in Cabot, AR is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Service Technician to join our team. You will respond to service requests, perform pool care, landscaping and preventive maintenance, and complete turnkey work in vacant apartments.

Coordinate with vendors and the Community Director, keep the maintenance shop organized, and be on-call for 24-hour emergency maintenance. HVAC experience will be used for troubleshooting and repairs.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification and experience in troubleshooting HVAC systems.
• Pool operation and maintenance experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects of appliance repair, basic competency in electricity, refrigeration, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, and irrigation systems.
• Physical ability to lift objects up to 75 lbs, bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead for extended periods.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities:

As a Service Technician, you will report to the Community Manager and be responsible for maintaining the property, including but not limited to:
