RichSmith Management is hiring a skilled Apartment Maintenance Service Technician for Valley Estates of Clarksville, a 96-unit community in Clarksville, AR. You'll handle daily maintenance duties, respond to service requests, and help keep the property safe and attractive.

Qualifications

• HVAC or EPA certification (preferred).
• Pool maintenance experience (preferred).
• At least 1 year of multi-family property maintenance experience.
• General knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to excellent customer service.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation for emergency maintenance.

What You'll Be Responsible For

As a Service Technician, you'll report to the Community Manager and handle daily maintenance duties including:

• Responding promptly to service requests
• Performing preventive maintenance tasks
• Overseeing pool care, landscaping, and grounds upkeep
• Preparing apartments for new move-ins (turnkey/make-ready work)

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
