Responsibilities
  1. Maintain positive energy at all times with a winning spirit.
  2. Work as part of a team with a smile.
  3. Handle all transactions regarding payments for services accurately.
  4. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  5. Greet guests, inform them of specials and menu changes, make suggestions, and answer questions about food, beverages, and the overall concept.
  6. Take food and beverage orders, enter all items into the POS system, and process orders promptly.
  7. Observe guest satisfaction, respond to additional requests, and determine when the meal is complete.
  8. Keep POS and service areas clean and organized before, during, and after shifts.
  9. Follow all federal, state, and local laws, codes, and regulations, as well as company policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Skills and Abilities
  1. Be an outgoing ambassador of the company's values, mission, and image.
  2. Interact effectively with guests and coworkers.
  3. Exhibit excellent communication skills.
  4. Multitask and show flexibility during busy periods.
  5. Have strong knowledge of products and ingredients.

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Be at least 18 years old.
  2. Possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
  3. Have high energy and a passion for the industry.
  4. Have 2+ years of professional experience in restaurant management.
  5. Complete approved state alcohol training.
  6. Possess good people management, communication, and listening skills.
  7. Be flexible and adaptable to changing laws and food handling requirements.
  8. Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills.
  9. Be internally motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about teaching others.
  10. Be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
