The Service Team Lead will model a safety-first mindset and set an example in communication, initiative, mentoring, teamwork, enthusiasm for customer service, and dedication to finding solutions efficiently. The role involves coaching and training junior technicians while performing servicing and repair of equipment, working independently and as part of a team. Extensive training, including classroom instruction, e-learning, and leadership courses, must be successfully completed. The Service Team Lead will advance in classification based on attitude, skill level, and job performance.
Technical/other training preferred; High School or Equivalent required.
At least three (3) years of experience in mechanical repairs or relevant technical education. Basic computer and typing skills are required.
