General Parts Group in Fargo, ND is seeking a Service Support Specialist to be the backbone of the branch, handling a variety of tasks across departments.

You will assist dispatch with work orders, billing notes, equipment data, manage clerical duties, greet customers, tag equipment for repairs, and supervise UPS shipments, while prioritizing safety and independent work. This non-supervisory role reports to the Branch Manager and offers a growth-minded environment with teamwork and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of education and/or experience in a related field.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Prioritize safety and work independently.

Responsabilités
