We are a 90-year-old Lancaster County-based fuels and HVAC business seeking a Service Technician with supervision and management skills to service, repair, and maintain natural gas, propane, heating oil, heat pumps, air conditioners, and generators in Lancaster County and surrounding areas.

Requirements include 10+ years of field experience, credentials to support this experience, a positive attitude, customer service focus, and teamwork. We are a family-owned business that values taking care of customers and employee safety, with no sales quotas or gimmicks.

This position is 50% in the field, 25% troubleshooting with other techs, and 25% in the office handling paperwork with the coordinator.

Compensation includes hourly pay with overtime, on-call pay, sales commissions, vehicle, laptop, cell phone, tool allowance, uniforms, training, boot allowance, healthcare, dental, life insurance, and IRA contributions. Benefits also include company picnics and profit sharing.
