Job Description

MCR Technical Service is looking for an IT Field Service Technician to join the team! You will work remotely from home by traveling to various locations in the Central Ohio area to service, maintain, and repair the following equipment:

Equipment Serviced

• POS Kiosks
• Parts inside the kiosk:
• Label printers
• Paper printer
• Check reader
• Cash acceptor
• Cash dispenser
• Credit card reader
• Touch screen
• Firewall
• PC

Your home is your office; you will be required to drive to all your jobs. Some days will require a few hundred miles of driving, and some days zero miles.

Mileage and cell phone reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check and drug test
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation (no overnights required)
• Reliable cell phone with data plan
• Laptop and home internet
• Familiarity with PCs
• Mechanically inclined
