The Service Supervisor is pivotal as the team leader, overseeing 5-15 technicians to guarantee superior customer service. This position involves collaborating closely with the Service Dispatcher and/or Service Advisor, handling a range of responsibilities that include managing incoming calls, generating quotations and estimates, managing work orders, dispatching Field Service Technicians, assigning tasks to Shop Technicians, and providing training and mentorship to less experienced technicians, among other unspecified duties.

• Ensuring efficient job planning, including accurate quoting, parts availability, and workforce allocation
• Addressing and resolving customer objections and concerns effectively

• Reducing customer downtime through precise and efficient job planning and execution
