Rate: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are seeking a Service Supervisor for our newly constructed 300-unit apartment community in Tech Ridge, North Austin. As Service Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance operations on the property. The ideal candidate has skills in completing maintenance and repairs for both vacant and occupied units, working within the planned maintenance budget. Resident satisfaction is key, so timely and professional handling of maintenance requests is essential. Requirements
  • At least three years of experience in on-site property maintenance.
  • At least one year of lease-up experience.
  • Must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment.
  • Availability to work weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every other week.
  • Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Manage all maintenance operations within the planned budget.
  • Diagnose and repair maintenance issues in vacant and occupied units.
  • Maintain service and safety records in compliance with laws.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Community Manager or Regional Director.

Additional Details

Work Days: Monday – Friday
Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; weekends as circumstances warrant; on-call every other week for emergencies.
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located or neighboring state; must have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
