BAYADA is seeking an organized, proactive, and compassionate Service Supervisor to support the delivery of exceptional in-home care throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. This role combines field leadership, client service, employee support, and strong operational coordination to help ensure that clients receive reliable, high-quality care in the comfort of their homes.
The Service Supervisor will oversee client visits, support and train Home Health Aides (HHAs), communicate closely with Case Managers, and help the office respond effectively to the needs of clients and employees. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful problem-solver who can see the bigger picture while staying attentive to the details that make a meaningful difference every day.

You communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, and approach challenges with curiosity and practical judgment. Success in this role means building trust with clients and caregivers, strengthening communication across the care team, responding proactively to service needs, and helping the office deliver consistent, compassionate support.
A structured 30-day training and ramp-up period will help you learn the office's processes, service expectations, client needs, and team workflows. You will work closely with office leadership and key partners as you build confidence in the field and become an effective resource for clients and employees.
