Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in the Phoenix metro area is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead in-home care delivery across Scottsdale and surrounding communities. This role combines field leadership, client service, employee support, and operations coordination to ensure reliable, high-quality care in clients’ homes.

You will oversee client visits, train and support HHAs, collaborate with Case Managers, and respond quickly to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client visits in home settings to ensure services are delivered safely, reliably, and per client needs.
• Conduct frequent field visits across the Phoenix metropolitan area with 60–70% travel to client homes.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to Home Health Aides to promote high-quality service and caregiver confidence.
• Communicate with Case Managers regarding client needs, condition changes, service concerns, and follow-up actions.
• Build collaborative relationships with clients, families, HHAs, Case Managers, and office staff.
