BAYADA in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Recruiting Manager/Recruiter to lead sourcing, recruiting, and hiring for the TEM office, supporting the Phoenix area. This on-site, full-time role requires a people-focused professional who thrives in high-volume recruiting and building strong candidate relationships.

You’ll collaborate with the office team to meet hiring goals, coordinate activities, and create a welcoming candidate experience while upholding BAYADA’s mission of compassionate care.

We are seeking an upbeat, people-focused Recruiter to join our growing TEM office and help build a team of compassionate professionals serving the Phoenix area.

What you’ll do

Schedule and location

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• On-site at 7975 N Hayden Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.
• Supporting the Phoenix territory.
• No ongoing travel is required. New-hire training includes approximately three weeks of training, including three days in Tucson.

Salary based on experience and qualifications.
