Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Gulfport, MS is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead our customer-facing service team, both on the route and in-house. You will oversee the service operations, renew contracts, and drive a company vehicle to client sites while coaching staff to deliver quality service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor to work directly with our customer-facing service team both on route and in-house. The role includes supervising the service team responsible for customer service, sales, and pick-up and delivery of products to customers; hiring, training, developing, and evaluating the team to ensure customers receive the highest level of service and product quality efficiently; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer sites; and assisting the team with lifting, carrying, and walking in and out of customer accounts. This position will oversee several key service department areas, including maintaining excellent customer relationships, handling contract renewals, increasing internal sales, maintaining an efficient route structure, and ensuring driver compliance. It is a middle-management position with direct supervisory and leadership accountability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Requirements

• Have an active driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
• Must meet DOT or provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a sales-related role.
• Customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry.
• Training or instructor experience.
