TK Elevator in Seattle, WA is seeking an experienced Superintendent- Service to oversee service operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. You will support field teams, review audits, and coordinate with management on bids and parts needs.

The role requires knowledge of construction/industrial operations and strong communication. A competitive package includes salary between $95,000 and $130,000, plus an annual incentive and a car allowance or company vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two years' management experience in a branch setting
• Ability to write reports, contract proposals and business correspondence
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management and customers
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form, and deal with several abstract and concrete variables

Responsibilities

• Visits job sites and conducts quality audits to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Performs NIM audits within 15 days of turnovers and identifies improvement opportunities
• Assists mechanics with jobs and provides on-the-job training
• Reviews route profitability using accounting reports and provides insights to management
• Participates in safety training and safety program adherence
• Provides input to sales on scope, materials, and labor costs for bids
• Maintains knowledge of elevator codes and product updates
• Orders materials for service, repairs, and parts as needed
• Engages in other duties as assigned
