Job summary

Big Al’s is seeking bartenders and servers who can deliver first-class guest experiences in a fast-paced, team-based setting. You’ll run drinks, take orders, deliver food, handle payments, and keep the venue clean while supporting keg room duties and safety rules.

This role offers growth from within, paid training, and a strong team culture. You must be 21+ (19+ in Idaho), have serving or bar experience, and be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Experience in serving or bar roles with ability to keep guests happy.
  • Experience with a POS system; Toast is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to handle sales transactions and upsell in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Run drinks and serve food to guests in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
  • Take orders, deliver food with a smile, and process payments.
  • Maintain clean lanes, tables, and glassware, and assist with bar stocking and keg room duties.
  • Support opening/closing and other tasks to keep the team shining.
