Job summary

Big Al’s is seeking a versatile Facilities Team Member to keep our building and equipment running smoothly, from bowling lanes to kitchen stations. You’ll handle repairs, safety checks, and daily upkeep to ensure a great guest experience.

You’ll work hands-on with tools, coordinate with vendors, and support a welcoming, team-oriented environment. Growth opportunities exist as we expand and promote from within.

Qualifications

  • Handy skills in electrical, plumbing, mechanics, and carpentry.
  • Comfortable using power and manual tools and learning new systems.
  • Strong communication and teamwork to coordinate with staff and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintain bowling lanes, kitchen stations, and arcade games.
  • Perform safety checks and report issues to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Keep the facility clean and functional from game room to parking lot.
  • Collaborate with vendors and staff to resolve maintenance needs quickly.

The Facilities Team Member is responsible for maintaining the building and equipment functionality including audio/visual, pinsetters, arcade games, kitchen and bar equipment, plumbing and electrical, HVAC, landscaping, and more.
