Job summary

Idaho Power Company in Boise, Idaho seeks motivated candidates for Service Specialist I or II roles in Capital Customer Operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3 years of customer service experience in an office environment or related industry
• Experience operating computer software including Microsoft Office suite or equivalent and customer information systems
• Experience working with internal or external customers to obtain sensitive information while maintaining positive working relationship

Responsibilities

• Support construction and maintenance of the distribution lines system for internal and external customers in Idaho and Oregon
• Work with moderate supervision and a high degree of accuracy
• Maintain strong customer service and data entry quality
• Assist with walk-in customers and daily office tasks as needed
