Job summary

Pediatric Home Service, Inc. in Richardson, TX is seeking a Service Specialist I. You will establish strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers, schedule and make home deliveries, and assist with initial oxygen and DME setup while logging visits and coordinating vehicle maintenance.

The role requires excellent communication, independent work capability, and a clean driving record. Hours are Monday–Friday 8a–5p with on-call rotation; company benefits include health, vision,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• DME experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Warehouse and/or driving experience in the area is a plus
• Certificate/license/clean driving record required

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains effective relationships with patients, families, caregivers and all PHS employees
• Schedules and makes deliveries to patients' homes in a timely manner
• Confirms delivery and reports potentially unsafe conditions
• Performs and instructs the initial setup of oxygen and some DME
• Performs data entry to log customer visits, conversations and follow ups
• Coordinates regular maintenance service to company vehicles
• Assists with warehouse duties and equipment processing as needed
• Manages time efficiently and estimates drive times

The Position

• Manages time efficiently and be competent in estimating drive times

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; or 2 years related experience andor training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Durable medical equipment DME experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and be able to work independently
• Warehouse andor driving experience in the area is a plus
• Experience in Brightree EHR a plus
• Certificates Licenses Registration Valid State Drivers License must have a clean record
