Job summary

Taylor Bank in Berlin, MD is seeking a full-time Service Specialist with strong people skills to service customers in the Berlin branch location. You will handle transactions, assist with account changes, and guide customers in using digital banking tools.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, customer service experience, and strong communication. Banking experience is a plus, plus a professional appearance and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
