Job summary

Taylor Bank is seeking a full-time Relationship Banker to serve customers at our Berlin, Maryland branch and surrounding locations as needed. This role requires excellent people skills, knowledge of branch banking operations, and the ability to handle transactions and account maintenance with accuracy.

You will balance ATMs, process IRA/HSA transactions, issue debit cards, and assist customers with account openings and referrals. Occasional travel to nearby branches is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of branch banking operations, including teller duties and opening new accounts.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• An outgoing personality.
• A professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Process wire transfers and account maintenance (e.g., address changes).
• Issue debit cards and open new accounts.
• Process IRA and HSA transactions.
• Balance and maintain the ATM; assist with cash shipment preparation.
• Refer products and services that meet customer needs.
• Travel to surrounding branches to assist with staffing.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Salary Description
